Roti wraps with falafel, yoghurt, mint, fresh chili and salad

1.
Remove all packaging from Le Palmiste™ Rotis
2.
Remove all packaging from Le Palmiste™ Falafels
3.
Roughly tear mint leaves and mix into plain yoghurt with a pinch of salt
4.
Finely slice fresh chillies
5.
Warm your rotis in a skillet on a medium heat for 2 minutes
6.
Bake or fry your falafel with a drop of cooking oil or butter till golden all the way around
7.
Place your falafel into your roti wrap, garnish with salad and mint yoghurt, and add chillies to taste
